Carrot concentrate (orange & black)
Orum Spoota is one of the 8 factories worldwide, producing qualified carrot concentrate. As we are located in north west region of Iran, we take the advantage of this in order to supply natural and fresh carrots throughout the year, directly from farm to factory.
Carrots do not last long specially during hot weather and so re not available as fresh vegetable whole year, therefore having a fresh concentrate of it is useful and beneficial.
Orum Spoota produces its carrot concentrate from two types of black and orange carrots. Our concentrates are fresh and natural and available to be used in wide variety of products such as healthy food, juices, soups, dairy products, sauces and snacks.
Our carrot concentrate is rich in vitamins and minerals as it is natural, fresh and chemicals free. It is a significant source of beta carotene, which it is absorbed 6.5 time more than that of carrot itself as vegetable, it contains vitamins E, A, K, fibers, potassium, iron, copper and antioxidants.
Carrot concentrate reduces risk of cancer, controls blood cholesterol, helps weight loss, improves eye sight, balances blood pressure, enhances immune system and helps with digestion.
We, in Orum Spoota care our customers, and relying on our 20 years of experience, high technology machines and updated knowledge, aim to offer the best, and for that we attentively teste and analyze our raw materials as well the final products based on international standards.
We pack our pumpkin purees in metal galloons with Aseptic bags of 220 kg and 40 brix, or 65-70 brix based on costumer’s demand and order. we also have the NFC system of production and maintenance in our factory.
It is highly recommended that after opening the packed concentrate, it must be used within 7-10 days, sored in dry and cool place at 4 degrees. As when opened, because of the bacteria and microorganism, the concentrate will turn slimy and dark in color.
